Have you ever dreamed of having a freshwater lakefront home to enjoy summer days with family and friends?

Lake Tulloch is only two hours away from the greater Bay Area and is one of the only lakes in Northern California where waterfront homes are permitted to be built. At Lake Tulloch, you actually own the land going into the water allowing for private boat docks. This makes the Lake Tulloch area a prime destination for second home owners from the greater San Francisco Bay Area, as well as families who are looking to settle down away from the congestion of the city. Lake Tulloch offers great water sport activities such as wakeboarding, waterskiing, fishing, jet skiing and more. The lake boasts of 55 miles of shoreline, which is well controlled by two dams allowing for clean water and consistent lake levels throughout the year.

Here are a few quotes about Lake Tulloch from some of my clients that are Bay Area Executives that you might recognize.

“The lake is beautiful and relaxing, especially early in the morning when the glass-like surface reflects the surrounding hills. It is the perfect time for a kayak adventure. Summertime fun on the lake always seems to be in abundance, plenty of opportunities for Jet Skiing, Wakeboarding, etc. Given its size, the lake never feels overwhelming. Tulloch provides easy access for Yosemite day trips, exceptional golfing at Saddle Creek and nearby Greenhorn Creek, snow skiing, horseback riding, hiking and other surrounding Gold Country explorations.”

Keith Katcher, Director for a computer hardware corporation

“When my family and I heard about losing our lease at Berryessa, we thought we would never find what we had, water front property on a gorgeous lake only 90 minutes away….after one trip to see Tulloch, we purchased a waterfront estate that nobody could take away!  The water is crisp and clear and the home we have is 1000% better than the best trailer at Berryessa. It was always fun at Berryessa, but we were always ready to come home. At Tulloch, we never want to leave and feel it is our home away from home.”

Brad Brown, President/CEO All American Label

“When we moved to the Bay Area 14 years ago, I began searching for a second home location that offered boating and skiing less than a two hour drive. The choices were limited and nothing made sense until I learned about Lake Tulloch. It offers everything we were looking for. It’s location 130 miles from the heart of the bay area was ideal. The gated communities offered pristine homes located on the lake with instant access to boating steps outside your door. Great skiing and the Sierras rich history were an hour’s drive. We’ve made great friends at the lake and it offers us the paradise getaway location we were hoping for.”

CEO of a computer entertainment corporation

What is a blog?

Blog From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

A blog (a blendof the term web log)  Blogs are usually maintained by an individual with regular entries of commentary, descriptions of
events, or other material such as graphics or video. Entries are commonly displayed in reverse-chronological order. Blog can also be
used as a verb, meaning to maintain or add content to a blog.
Most blogs are interactive, allowing visitors to leave comments and even message each other via widgets on the blogs and it is this interactivity that distinguishes them from other static websites.

Many blogs providecommentary or news on a particular subject; others function as more personal online diaries. A typical blog combines text, images, and links to other blogs,
Web pages, and other media related to its topic. The ability of readers to leave comments in an interactive format is an important part of manyblogs. Most blogs are primarily textual, although some focus on art (Art blog), photographs (photoblog), videos (video blogging), music (MP3 blog), and audio (podcasting). Microblogging is another type of blogging, featuring very short posts.
As of December 2007, blog search engine Technorati was tracking more than 112 million blogs.

For about two years, blogging has become the rage and most people
seem to have no understanding of what it is. Some think that it is
just one of those “web things’ and don’t really understand it and
some totally get it and have been “blogging” whether personal or
for business for quite some time. I personally fell some where in
the middle and I understood the concept, but I didn’t really feel
that it was necessary at the time to become a “blogger”. For those
of you that know me, my main goal in real estate is to stay infront
of the pack and provide cutting edge marketing and reaching as many
people as possible. I believe that this is the next step to reach
even more people and to spread the word about Lake Tulloch.
So today it begins………….
